JAKARTA, Indonesia – Nissan Indonesia today, officially launched the all-new Nissan LEAF for Indonesian consumers. Available at a price point of Rp. 649 million for the one tone option and Rp. 651 million for the dual tone option*, customers of the all-new Nissan LEAF will get a vehicle warranty for 3 years or 100,000 km, a battery warranty for 8 years or 160,000 km and free maintenance cost for 5 years or 70,000 km.

The zero-emission Nissan LEAF is the embodiment of Nissan Intelligent Mobility, the company's approach to changing the way cars are driven, powered, and integrated into society.
Long lasting battery
The all-new Nissan LEAF has a 40-kWh lithium-ion battery that has a range of up to 311 kilometres on a full charge based on the results of the New European Driving Cycle (NEDC) test. This is equivalent to the use of a daily average of 40 km for one week, with one quick charge.
The Nissan LEAF battery pack has been rigorously tested for quality and durability, including a flood test and thunderbolt test and has an extraordinary record of reliability with no critical battery accident across approximately 16 billion kilometres driven by LEAF owners cumulatively, worldwide.
With weatherproof electric chargers specifically designed to protect both the vehicle and humans from electrical shock, the all-new Nissan LEAF can be safely driven in the rain as well.
Charging the Nissan LEAF is easy and convenient, and owners can do it easily at home by charging it overnight at portable charger, which can be fully powered up in 12 to 15 hours, or using an installed home charger, which can be fully charged up in 5 to 7 hours. Owners can also charge the car at charging stations at select Nissan dealerships.
Great performance and fun to drive
The e-Powertrain gives the all-new Nissan LEAF 110 kW of power output or equivalent to 150 PS and 320 Nm of torque. This allows it to accelerate from 0-100 km/h in 7.9 seconds, while reaching a top speed of 144 km/h.
Headlining the all-new Nissan LEAF's Intelligent Driving technology is e-Pedal. This innovative technology enhances the Nissan LEAF's driving experience by allowing the driver with simplicity of starting, accelerating, decelerating, stopping, and holding the car with the one single accelerator pedal, a revolutionary innovation that changes the way people drive.
The car glides to a smooth and complete stop by simply releasing the accelerator pedal without the need to brake. The e-Pedal eliminates the need for drivers to constantly move their foot from the accelerator to the brake to slow down or stop. It reduces fatigue and increases enjoyment especially when driving in cities.
Sharp design with Nissan's signature EV
The all-new Nissan LEAF's advanced exterior design features a sleek look including the signature boomerang-shaped lamps and V-motion flow up front. The flash surface grille in clear blue and the rear bumper's blue molding, clearly identify it as a Nissan EV.
The all-new Nissan LEAF's projector-beam headlights with Daytime Running Light are equipped dual, direct-lens low and high beams. This improves visibility and safety while achieving an optimal balance between design and functionality.
Premium cabin
The driver centric design interior boasts a sporty flat-bottom leather steering wheel with control switches and a 7-inch multi-info display meter. The luxurious Alcantara leather seats make the cabin even more premium.
The infotainment system features an 8-inch touchscreen head unit, including Bluetooth connection, voice command, and can be connected to smartphones via Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.
Excellent safety features
The all-new Nissan LEAF is packed with a set of advanced safety technologies, including Forward Collision Warning (FCW), Forward Emergency Braking (FEB), Intelligent Trace Control (ITC), Vehicle Dynamic Control (VDC), Hill Start Assist (HSA), Anti-Lock Braking System (ABS) with Brake Assist (BA), Intelligent Around View Monitor (I-AVM) with Moving Object Detection (MOD), Driver Attention Alert (DAA) and Electronic Parking Brake (E-PKB).
It is also equipped with Dual SRS Airbags, Side Airbag and Curtain Airbag and was awarded with a 5-star safety rating in JNCAP (Japan New Car Assessment Program), Euro NCAP, Australian ANCAP and US NHTSA (National Highway Traffic Safety Administration).
The all-new Nissan LEAF comes in 11 different colours both for one tone and dual tone options and is available at five Nissan dealerships in Indonesia: Nissan MT. Haryono (Jakarta Timur), Nissan TB Simatupang (Jakarta Selatan), Nissan Puri Indah (Jakarta Barat), Nissan Roxy (Jakarta Pusat), Nissan Bekasi Barat (Bekasi, Jawa Barat). Some of the dealers also provide charging station facilities for the all-new Nissan LEAF consumers.
