Nissan Korea (CEO: Sung-joong Huh) has showcased the sixth-generation All-New Nissan Altima in Korea at the Seoul Motor Show 2019, held from March 29 to April 7 at Korea International Exhibition Center (KINTEX), Ilsan.  

Buyers of the All-New Nissan Altima can choose between two new engines. The 2.0-liter Variable Compression Ratio Turbo engine provides powerful performance and superior fuel economy thanks to a seamless change of compression ratio between 8:1 for high performance and 14:1 for high efficiency. The 2.5-liter 4-cylinder engine provides 80% new or redesigned components for improved Noise Vibration Handling, enhanced fuel economy and decreased CO2 emissions.

Moreover, the interior and exterior design of the All-New Nissan Altima has changed significantly from previous models. Inspired by Nissan V-motion 2.0 concept, the All-New Nissan Altima embodies Nissan's design language through a more dynamic and sophisticated design. Compared with its previous generations, The All-New Nissan Altima is lower, longer and wider, giving a sleek and athletic overall exterior. It accentuates stylishness with Nissan's signature design factors such as its expressive V-motion grille and boomerang-shaped headlights. The interior retains Nissan's Gliding Wing layout and its instrument panel with a horizontal image adds openness and modern stylishness.

This fully upgraded sixth-generation Altima is due to be released in Korea within the second half of this year.

Other models on display at the Seoul Motor Show 2019 include the All-New Nissan LEAF, the world's best-selling electric vehicle, and the New Nissan X-Trail, the semi mid-sized SUV model loved worldwide for stable driving performance based.

The All-New Nissan LEAF is the icon of Nissan's future vision and technological direction, Nissan Intelligent Mobility. At the Nissan LEAF exhibition space, the public will be able to enjoy a variety of programs to help them to easily understand and experience intelligent mobility. At the e-Pedal challenge, visitors will be able to experience the new Nissan LEAF's innovative e-Pedal system by using simulators. Visitors will also be able to feel the Nissan LEAF's exclusive charms with the Wired&Wireless Charging Zone using Nissan's Vehicle-to-Grid (V2G) technology to extract electricity from the vehicle to charge mobile devices.

Nissan also shows the New Nissan X-Trail that was launched in in Korea in January. The semi mid-sized SUV comes with dynamic design and strong driving performance. Its outstanding practicality and safety features have made it into one of the most popular Nissan models.

Furthermore, there will be a variety of prize events for visitors to the Nissan booth. First, during the motor show, a 30 minute 'Nissan Live Quiz Show' will be held every day from 1 p.m. Anyone who has scanned the QR code at the Nissan booth can participate in this event and the winner, with the most correct answers, will be awarded an Nano-wheel electric kick board or Brunt air-purifier with an Waltz & Dr.Manhn espresso machine going to the runner up. In addition, Nissan eco-friendly shopping bags will be given to those who complete appointed missions at the Nissan booth and so collect stamps showing the letters that spell N-I-S-S-A-N.
