Lao Cai – Nissan Vietnam Co. Ltd. (NVL) & TCIE Vietnam Pte. Ltd. (TCIEV) officially launched the Nissan Lao Cai (NLC) Dealership today at a ceramony held at its brand new 3S showroom located at No. 111 Nhac Son Street, Coc Leu Ward, Lao Cai City.
With its opening, NLC is the first Nissan Dealership in the North to be built according to the latest Nissan Retail Environment Design Initiative (NREDI) version 2.1 3S (Sales, Service & Parts) global showroom standards. With a built-up space of approximately 2,000 square meters, NLC offers a customer-service friendly one-stop location within the heart of Lao Cai for customers who wish to purchase a Nissan vehicle or require after sales service.

Aside from a large & breezy showroom with modern amenities imported directly from Nissan Motor Japan, NLC's is also fully equipped with 06 General Service bays & 11 Body & Paint bays to cater to customers requiring after sales service. In addition, Nissan Lao Cai can offer a spacious customer lounge with a variety of conveniences including comfortable sofa, bar counter for drinks, magazines, computers connected to high-speed internet, wifi, etc.

Technicians at Nissan Lao Cai had to attend extensive training courses at Nissan Vietnam training center in order to have sufficient knowledge of Nissan products and standard service. Besides, service advisors are also well equipped with comprehensive knowledge and professional skills in communicating and supporting customers. Furthermore, all NLC personnel are also fully trained in the Nissan Sales & Service Way global standards to provide the highest level of customer satisfaction.
