Jakarta – Nissan has won two awards at the OTOMOTIF Awards 2020, with the All-New Nissan Serena collecting the `Best Medium Van' and NissanTerra, taking the top spot for `Best High SUV Diesel.'
OTOMOTIF Award 2020 is Indonesia's largest annual awards event to honor the best automotive brands for both two-wheel (motorcycles) and four-wheel (cars) vehicles in Indonesia.

The All-New Nissan Serena has advantages for its modern exterior with two-tone color combination, spacious interior with Roof Monitor 11 inch for best entertainment experience and advanced safety features under the Nissan Intelligent Mobility technology – Smart Dual Back Door, Touchless Sliding Door by using foot sensor, Vehicle Dynamic Control, Intelligent Around View Monitor and Driver Attention Alert. The vehicle has also been awarded the best-selling minivan in 2018 and 2019 in the Japan market1.
The latest awards follow other honors for All-New Nissan Serena over last year at GridOto awards in 2019, as the best High MPV in its segment.
Meanwhile premium SUV, Nissan Terra, offers its best-in-class engine performance – equal to 190ps with 450Nm of torque and the best ground clearance as high as 225 mm and advanced driving technology under Nissan Intelligent Mobility such as Intelligent Rear View Mirror, Hill Start Assist, Intelligent Around View Monitor with Moving Object Detection, Blind Sport Warning, Lane Departure Warning and 4WD More Switch.
Meanwhile, Nissan Terra has been proven to attract customers not only in Indonesia, but also in the Thailand market, represented by the Car of the Year 2019 award as `Best PPV Diesel 2WD Under 2,500 cc' and the `Big Best Car of the Year 2019' award for best seven-seater PPV 4WD.
