JAKARTA – Nissan is conducting a special service program for Nissan-Datsun customers affected by the tsunami in the Sunda Strait on Saturday, 22 December 2018.

"We express our deepest condolences to the victims of the natural disaster in Banten and South Lampung," said Troy Pantouw, Deputy Director of communications for Nissan in Indonesia. "We hope this after-sales service special program can help to ease the burden of our customers."

Nissan offers the special service program by providing 20% discount for Nissan Genuine parts, 30% discount for Nissan Genuine Oil and 25% discount for labor fee on general or maintenance services and body and paint. Running from 27 December 2018 until 31 January 2019 (T&C applied), the discount is valid for customers who are affected by the tsunami waves in Banten and Lampung region.

This program is specifically designed for customers who are not covered by insurance.
To apply for the service, customers may visit their Nissan-Datsun respective dealer; Nissan-Datsun Labuhan Ratu in Lampung, Nissan-Datsun Jatake and Cimone in Tangerang; or contact Nissan-Datsun online assistant, Nicole at 14023 and Tanya Datsun at 1500023 for more information.
