Jakarta – To support the Government of Indonesia in mitigating the spread of the COVID-19 virus, Nissan will lend Nissan Terra and the All New Nissan Livina vehicles to Relawan Gugus Tugas Percepatan Penanganan COVID-19 for logistics distribution. This underlines Nissan's commitment to help support the country during this difficult time.

"With our long history of supporting the people of Indonesia as a mobility partner, Nissan would like to play our part in supporting government to fight the COVID-19 pandemic. We are lending Relawan Gugus Tugas Nissan vehicles with the right features and technologies to best support those working hard on the frontline," said Isao Sekiguchi, President Director of Nissan in Indonesia.

With the rising numbers of COVID-19 patients in Indonesia, those on the frontline of the battle against the pandemic need extra support. Therefore, Nissan is lending five of its vehicles to Relawan Gugus Tugas Percepatan Penanganan COVID-19.

"We are happy that Nissan is willing to lend their cars as our operational vehicles, as we battle the COVID-19 virus spread. We believe that these cars would help us during this tough time," said Andre Rahadian, Ketua Tim Koordinator Relawan.
