The exterior of the new Almera has been enhanced for a sportier premium look with a sleek new front bumper decorated with silver materials, a new design of 15-inch alloy wheels, a new rear bumper decorated with silver materials. New glossy black roof, auto-fold side mirrors decorated with glossy black materials with LED turn signals, and a sporty rear spoiler decorated with glossy black material* making its exterior look even more unique.
Almera's interior is still outstanding for its spaciousness. It comes with the latest premium "QUOLE MODURE" seats that do not accumulate as well as reflect heat providing comfort throughout the journey (only in VL and VL Sportech models). It also has a 7-inch TFT intelligent driving information display and a new automatic headlamp system (only in VL and VL Sportech models) together with a frameless rearview mirror for enhanced driver's visibility.
The latest upgraded infotainment system NissanConnect supports smartphone connectivity via both Apple CarPlay and Android Auto* to enable mobile application usage at an 8-inch touchscreen display audio system (for V models and above). Other connectivity systems are Bluetooth, USB and AUX-IN with navigation system via Google Map and intelligent voice command system (Voice Recognition) for enjoyment on every journey.
The new Almera still maintains its excellent performance to enhance the fun & pleasure of driving together with its outstanding fuel efficiency. Thanks to the 1.0-liter turbo, giving a maximum power of 100 horsepower (Ps) and the max torque of 152 Nm, this HRA0 powertrain delivers the powerful and quick acceleration from the engine's turbo flat torque character. Moreover, it comes Idling Stop feature that helps for better fuel efficiency. In addition, The XTRONIC CVT with D-Step Logic transmission enhances the driving excitement with the smooth gear shift but still giving an instantaneous acceleration that improved the vehicle's overtaking resulting in a more efficient drive.
The new Nissan Almera allow driver's confidence in every ride with a full suite of Nissan's 360° SAFETY SHIELD technologies, such as Intelligent Forward Collision Warning (IFCW) and Intelligent Emergency Braking (IEB), Blind Spot Warning (IEB) (BSW), Rear Cross Traffic Alert (RCTA), Intelligent Around View Monitor (IAVM) and Moving Object Detection (MOD) with four cameras at the front, rear and sides of the car, as well as a standard safety system with 6 airbags (front airbags, side airbags and curtain side airbags - for V models and above).
